Where do you ship to?

We ship to Mainland UK only, if you require shipping outside of this area then please email info@theloveyourselfcollection.co.uk for postage rates before placing your order.

When will my order be dispatched?

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received your order and confirm the details.

After this, we'll get to work on packing your order.

Some orders may take a little longer to dispatch than usual due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place to keep our employees safe.

Once your order has left us, we'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on its way.

What is your returns Policy?

 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is valid for up to 14 days. Currently we are unable to offer free returns. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note we do not accept returns or refunds for underwear or intimate items. These are final sale only. 

Items must have all tags attached.

Items must not show signs of wear, make-up or deodorant stains.

If you've sent an item back to us for refund then you'll need to wait for your items to reach us and be processed.

It can take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed by the warehouse and once it has, we will process the refund back to the original payment method.

Once you receive this email, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your payment provider. 

Are you getting more stock in?

We will be regularly restocking products so please check back on the website or contact us to find out more information.  If you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock please drop us a message and we will contact you via email when the item is back in stock. 

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Make sure you check out our size guide for all information on our sizes. If you need any more help feel free to drop us message via the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I amend any part of my order?

We’re sorry, we cannot amend any part of your order (including the delivery address) or upgrade a standard delivery to Express once it has been submitted.

 Can I cancel my order?

After you have placed your order, we promptly start to process your order and we are not able to interfere with this process before your order is dispatched and your card is charged. You are however welcome to return any items, which are no longer required, to us for a full refund. If you need further information, please check out our policy page for our returns policy.
